Second barrier. 360 degrees awareness, sharp eyes, good balance, no time limit, no destination. Third Barrier. Beating heart, warm blood, steaming head, cool sweat. Fourth Barrier. Delayed soreness, stiffness, spasm, muscle tension, tireness. Fifth barrier. Lack of motivation, speed reduction, fear of stopping, increasing excuses, questioning the continuum. Sixth barrier, Out of the body, into the mind, out of the present, into the past, thinking and doing. Seventh barrier. New barriers to conquer but how long will it last for this CardioPride Runner?
